Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 can white corn, drained
- 1 can french style green beans, drained (or substitute fresh, cooked well)
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- salt & pepper to taste
- crushed & buttered Ritz crackers
Combine first eight ingredients and put into casserole dish. Top with Ritz cracker crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
