Saute’ until brown:
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
In:
- 1 Tbsp drippings or other fat
Add & simmer for 20 minutes:
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 Tbsp vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 cup chili sauce (12 oz bottle)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp mustard, chili or curry powder
Makes about 2 cups
