INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, sliced
- 1/2 tsp minced fresh ginger root
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
In a blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients and process until smooth.
Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to a week.
RECIPE TIP: If you’d like to change up the essence a it, add fresh herbs to this dressing. Cilantro, chives & tarragon are all delicious in this recipe.
