Ingredients:
- 1/2 gal milk (8 cups)
- 1 qt cream (4 cups)
- 8 Tbsp vinegar
Mix milk & cream and bring to boil over medium heat. Remove from heat and add vinegar, let sit for a couple of minutes. Put thru strainer until desired consistency. Add flavoring.
