Ingredients:
- 3 cups cherry tomatoes (cut in half)
- 2 large mango (approx 3 cups) peeled & diced
- ½ cup finely chopped red onion (opt)
- 1 bunch basil, finely torn
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Salt & pepper, to taste
1. Toss tomatoes with mango in large bowl.
2. Add remaining ingredients, stir to mix.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
