Ingredients:
- 4 lg chicken breasts
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pt sour cream
- 1 pkg (8oz) Pepperidge Farm stuffing
Stew chicken for 1&1/2 hours, reserve broth.
Skin, bone & cut chicken into small pieces, put in casserole dish.
Blend soup & sour cream, pour over chicken.
Mix 1 pkg stuffing according to directions, substituting broth for water. Pour over mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min..
