INGREDIENTS:
- 1 large Kohlrabi
- 1/2 bell pepper, orange or yellow
- 1 mild Italian chicken sausage
- 1 14.5 oz can stewed tomatoes
- Elbow macaroni, handful or so
- Grated Mozzarella cheese
- Grated Parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS:
- Peel & cut Kohlrabi into bite size pieces.
- Cut Bell pepper into chunks.
- Slice Sausage into small pieces.
- Sauté Bell pepper & sausage in small amount of olive oil.
- Add stewed tomato & Kohlrabi to sausage/pepper & heat till warm.
- Boil macaroni until almost done & add to mixture, simmer about 20 min.
- Stir in mozzarella cheese, heat until melted. Top with parmesan.
