Ingredients:
- 1 cup raisins
- 7 cups soft bread crumbs
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 chopped clove garlic
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 3 cups tart diced apples
- 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
- 1 & 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp tsp paprika
Boil water, remove from heat. Add raisins to water for 5 minutes.
Drain well. Add to bread crumbs.
Melt butter. Saute onion, garlic & celery for 3 minutes.
Add to bread crumbs.
Add apples, parsley, salt & paprika to mixture.
Yield: About 12 cups
