Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb macaroni, cooked and drained
Dressing:
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup cut up scallions
- 1 Tbsp snipped parsley
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp celery seed (opt)
- prepared mustard, to taste
- 1/2 to 2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Combine dressing ingredients and mix into macaroni.
