Ingredients:
- 4 cups boiled potatoes, cut into chunks
Dressing:
- 1 tsp vinegar (optional)
- 1 & 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 1/2 cup cut up scallions
- 1 Tbsp snipped parsley
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp celery seed
- prepared mustard, to taste
- 1/2 to 2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Combine dressing ingredients and pour over potatoes. Mix well.
