Ingredients:
- 1lb – Fresh Green Beans
- 1 Cup – Raw, Unsalted Pecans
- 2 Tbsp – Olive Oil
- 2 – Garlic Cloves
- 3 Tbsp – Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp – Salt
- 1 Pinch Cinnamon
- Fresh ground black pepper

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add Green beans, bring back to boil and let cook for about 5 minutes, until they are softened but not mushy.
Strain green beans out of water.

In a small saucer, mix maple syrup, salt and cinnamon

In a medium saucepan, add olive oil and bring to a medium heat. Add garlic and pecans and allow them to cook for 3 minutes.
Add Green beans, toss them in olive oil and cook for 3-5 minutes.
Pour Maple syrup mixture over green beans and blend in.
Top with fresh ground pepper.
