INGREDIENTS:
- 1 head cauliflower, chopped into florets
- 3/4 cup non dairy milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp each: onion powder, garlic powder, pink salt
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 3/4 to 1 & 1/2 cup Bbq sauce
- vegan ranch for dipping
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Whisk together milk, flour & spices.
- Add cauliflower and toss to coat.
- Toss in breadcrumbs and mix well.
- Bake 25 minutes. Turn off oven and let sit another 5 minutes.
- Cool cauliflower for ten minutes, then toss with bbq sauce and serve.
For air fryer: 350 cook 20-25 minutes, shaking halfway. Add bbq sauce after.
