Combine in bowl:
- 2 cup (1 lb can) green beans, drained
- 2 cup (1 lb can) wax beans, drained
- 2 cup (1 lb can) kidney beans, drained
- ½ cup thinly sliced red, or sweet white onion
- 1 slivered green pepper
Heat & pour over bean mixture:
- ½ cup wine, or cider vinegar
- ½ cup salad oil
- ½ cup sugar (white or brown), or substitute Stevia
- 1 Tbs Worcestershire
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
Chill several hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
