Euro Cuisine: Youtube yogurt instructions
Ingredients:
- 5 & 1/4 cup milk
- approx 3 oz yogurt
Prepare ice bath.
Bring milk to boil over med heat, stirring occasionally, until it reaches 180 degrees F.
Put the pot into ice bath and stir until milk is cooled to 100 degrees F.
Separate 1 cup of the milk & stir in the yogurt until blended, then add it to the cooled milk.
Takes about 8 hours in yogurt maker.
