Bread chicken cutlets on both sides and place a piece of mozzarella \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0in the center of each one.<br \/>\n2. Roll up and bake in baking pan for 20 min.<br \/>\n3. Saute onions and mushrooms in butter until soft.<br \/>\n4. Add white wine and chicken broth, heat until warm (few minutes).<br \/>\n5.
