In medium-sized mixing bowl sift together Flour, Sugars, Baking Soda, Salt &amp; Cinnamon.<\/p>\n<p>2. In large mixing bowl whisk together Soy or Almond Milk &amp; Cider Vinegar, let stand for two minutes.<\/p>\n<p>3. Add Mashed Banana, Canola Oil, Maple Syrup &amp; Vanilla Extract. Whisk until well combined.<\/p>\n<p>4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.<\/p>\n<p>5.
